Ballito Business Park

This extremely popular node of Ballito is situated on the eastern side of the N2 and has grown over the past 10 years with the development of a number of commercial buildings including 2 retail shopping centres, boutique shopping centres, motor car dealerships, hotels, Virgin Active, office blocks, showrooms, commercial mini units etc.  On launching, there were in excess of 100 sites for sale, and the few sites that are still available are selling for between R1,500 and R3,000 sq/m.

Commercial units are selling for R7,000 to R10,000 sq/m and offices for between R10,000 and R15,000 sq/m.

The Junction Shopping Mall is presently undergoing an impressive R1.5b expansion programme to cater for the increased needs of Ballito’s rapidly growing residential population.

This new “one of a kind mall” will include :

Ballito Services Park North and South

These popular commercial and industrial nodes are located on the western side of the N2 with sites from 4800 sq/m to 32000 sq/m ranging in price from R1,000 to R2,200 sq/m.  The N2 exposure for many of these sites has attracted developments and tenants such as WOW Park, Corobrik, Uni-Span, Tradelius, Paper Logic and Laguna Seca where commercial units are selling from R7,500 to R9,500 sq/m.

Shakashead Industrial and Imbonini

Shakashead Industrial comprises a small node of commercial and industrial premises occupied by the likes of Ali Furn Outdoor Furniture, Damasque Interiors, Richmond Plumbing, Dedicated Generators, Lafarge, Monoblok, Easy Tile, Bell Equipment, as well as Store-It Brooklands.

Sites at Imbonini Phase 1 have practically sold out and Phase 2 has been launched with sites varying in size from 2000 sq/m to 23000 sq/m.  Pricing is available on request.

Imbonini Phase 1 tenants include MacPhersons Office Equipment, Paintec, Ballito Crane Hire, Bravo Helis, Boxer and a variety of smaller business enterprises occupying the mini factory complexes.

Salt Rock

The very popular Tiffany’s shopping centre is undergoing an expansion programme to cater for the increased demand for retail space in Salt Rock.  With Spar and Clicks as the anchor tenants, this centre has a good mix of restaurants and retail outlets including Bellagio Interiors, TrenDIY, BBM Cafe, Fego, Jack Salmon Colour Me Crazy, Fish on Lures etc.

Fox Hill, a small commercial node across the road from Tiffany’s has a service station, Avis Van Rental, John Deere, Maison Lee as well as Sage Centre with a lovely restaurant, decor and gift shops.  In amongst the litchi trees you will find the very popular Litchi Orchard that hosts monthly Saturday as well as night markets, and is home to Delish Sisters Restaurant, and boutique retail shops including an artisinal bakery, Scoop ice cream, confectionery, gifts, coffee roastery and a health shop.

Mt Richmore

Mt Richmore Estate is essentially a new suburb in Salt Rock with land zoned for Mixed Use, Commercial and all categories of residential. Mount Richmore is divided into four phases with the  infrastructure and roads completed for phases 1 and 2 of the development.  Curro School opened in Phase 2 and plans are afoot to build more residential Sectional Title Units in the Lifestyle Village as well as to launch the Free Hold Section of Phase 2 behind Curro School.   Prices are available on request from the Sales Office - open daily from 08h00 till 16h00.

Umhlali Village

This once trendy shopping village still tenants the likes of Cindy’s Market, Ballito Seconds, Rockfields Trading, Coastal Farmers, Shukela Park, Lali Industrial and Lali Office Park.  There is a revamp on the cards starting with the proposed redevelopment of the motor showroom and service station.

Burnedale and Karibu Farms have established themselves as sought after destinations for restaurants, markets, health and beauty and an interesting mix of boutique retail outlets.

This commercial node extends along the R102 towards Shakaskraal incorporating two more storage facilities, Ballito Self-Storage and Umhlali Store-it.

Woodmeade

There are a number of industrial sites for sale at Woodmeade situated on the R102 north of Shakaskraal.  These sites vary in size from 2700 sq/m to 21,000 sq/m and sell for between R500 and R650 sq/m.
