ComProp experienced a bumper year in 2016 with Sales Targets exceeded in the past 10 months by 30% and Rental Targets by 20%. Well done to the brokers and administrative team who worked pro-actively in securing this business.
2017 promises to be an even more lucrative year with a number of new commercial and industrial developments being established along the North Coast. We won’t be saying too much at this stage, other than these developments include new office blocks, medical facilities, retail outlets, mini factories, small warehousing and storage parks.
